This pretty custom-made 10k yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring is set with one center sapphire and 6 shoulder diamonds.  The weight of the natural blue sapphire is 0.75ct and total diamond weight is 0.06ct with an overall ring-weight of 2.70 grams.  This ring is a precious way to say "I LOVE YOU".
