Our Gold flat-rate watch repair package is suited for mechanical automatic watches or pocket watches.
To have your watch repaired:
1) Click the 'Add To Cart' button.
2) Click the 'Checkout' button.
3a) If you have an account with us, login with your existing email address & existing password.
3b) If you do not have an account with us, enter your billing information and click the button 'Submit the Information' to create a new account.
4) Verify your shipping address is correct, then click the 'Continue' button.
5) Ensure the address displayed matches the address on your credit card statement, then click the 'Continue' button.
6) Click the 'Confirm & Pay Now' button to continue to a secure payment page.
7) Enter your credit card information and click the 'Pay Now' button to complete your payment. You may also pay with your PayPal account.
You will receive your prepaid, secure shipping container in 1-3 business days in Canada or 3-5 days in the USA. Simply secure your watch to the protective leather holder, slip the holder into the shipping case foam then put the shipping case into your prepaid shipping pouch and drop it off at any Canada Post (Canada) or UPS Store (USA). David will repair your watch and ship it back to you promptly. There are no extra fees or costs unless replacement parts are required to complete your repair (David will quote you seperately on parts prices) and/or you choose our optional GPS tracking service which operates independently of and in addition to the courrier's tracking.
All Vertolli Jewellers watch repair services include the following:
Your watch is completely disassembled and cleaned in an Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine. After the cleaning cycle the watch goes through 2 separate rinsing cycles. The watch parts then go into a dryer for 10 minutes. The watch is now spotless and free from any dust and dried-up lubricant. ALL the parts of your watch are thoroughly inspected to ensure that there are no worn or broken parts. Any needed parts will be replaced at no additional charge. After inspection and replacement of any needed parts, all wheels, screws and bridges will be carefully reassembled. The necessary parts are then oiled and greased in order to reduce any friction to allow all moving parts to run smoothly. A Vibro-Graph computer is then used to calibrate the watch to optimize its ability to keep time as best as possible. The case and bracelet are then polished using a polishing machine. After polishing, the case and bracelet are placed into a large heated Ultrasonic Machine which removes any dirt and grime in the case or bracelet. The case and bracelet are then placed into a drier for 10 minutes. Once fully dried, the watch movement is installed back into its case. Your fully serviced watch is then tested for 72 hours to ensure it runs smoothly and keeps as best time as possible.
