David Lorefice of Vertolli Jewellers has been repairing wrist and pocket watches for over 45 years.  No matter if your watch is completely broken or simply isn't keeping time properly, David can certainly service it for you.

All Vertolli Jewellers watch repair services include the following:

A one-year written waranty comes with our Silver, Gold, & Platinum watch repair services.  This warranty covers parts and labour.  The only exceptions would be if the watch was dropped or received an impact and damaged parts inside the watch, as this would void the warranty.  Also, due to the watch being dropped or hit hard the plastic or glass crystal cannot be under warranty.

Your watch is completely disassembled and cleaned in an Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine.  After the cleaning cycle your watch goes through 2 separate rinsing cycles.  Your watch parts then go into a dryer for 10 minutes.  Your watch is now spotless and free from any dust and dried-up lubricant. All the parts of your watch are thoroughly inspected to ensure that there are no worn or broken parts.  Any required parts will be replaced at no charge.  After inspection and replacement of any needed parts, all wheels, screws and bridges are carefully reassembled.  The necessary parts are then oiled and greased in order to reduce friction, which allows all moving parts to run smoothly.  A Vibro-Graph computer is then used to calibrate your watch to optimize its ability to keep time.  Your case and bracelet are then polished using a polishing machine.  After polishing, your case and bracelet are placed into a large heated Ultrasonic Machine which removes any dirt and grime in the case or bracelet.  Your case and bracelet are then placed into a drier for 10 minutes.  Once fully dried, your watch movement is installed back into its case.  Your fully serviced watch is then tested for 72 hours to ensure it runs smoothly and keeps properly.  I take great pride in repairing your treasured time-piece!
