Vertolli Jewellers Shipping Policy

All orders greater than $195 are shipped free to the USA* & Canada
* Contiguous USA only

Shipping Jewellery:

We ship with CanadaPost XpressPost™,  UPS 3 Day Select® and FedEx Priority™ Worldwide shipping services.  These are fast, reliable services complete with tracking, insurance, delivery confirmation and signature required.

» Shipping to our Canadian customers is via CanadaPost XpressPost service.
» Shipping to our American customers is via UPS 3 Day Select® services
» Vertolli Jewellers currently does not accept online jewellery orders from outside Canada and the USA. If you are located outside Canada and USA and wish to purchase jewellery, please contact David to make alternate payment arrangements (e.g. Western Union).
» All packages are fully trackable, insured and require your signature to receive.

Shipping Watches:

» After you purchase your watch repair service we will send you a free shipping container to package your watch securely to send in to us. Shipping your watch to us for repair is always free and shipping your repaired watch back to you is always free.  You never pay shipping for watch repair.
» Vertolli Jewellers currently does not accept online watch repair orders from outside Canada. If you are located outside Canada and need your watch repaired, please contact David to make alternate payment arrangements (e.g. VISA, Western Union).
» All packages are trackable by the courier and require your signature to receive.
» Insurance optionally available for high-value shipments at a rate of $10 per $1000 of coverage.

Other Fees:

Shipments made outside of Canada may be subject to duties, national taxes and/or brokerage fees.  Please be aware that our customers are solely responsible for any of these additional charges, if applicable.  We do not collect tax on orders delivered outside of Canada.

Vertolli Jewellers Returns Policy

David Lorefice is absolutely committed to your 100% satisfaction when you purchase from his store.  Anything less is unacceptable.  If you have any issues with an item you receive from Vertolli Jewellers within 15 days of delivery you may return it to us in original condition and packaging and we will provide you with a replacement (if available) or a full refund, whichever you prefer.  Returned packages must be clearly marked with your RMA number.  Please contact us for your RMA number.  Our customers are responsible for all return shipping costs in any replacement/refund case unless a mistake was made by Vertolli Jewellers (in which case we will gladly pay your return shipping costs).  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact David Lorefice directly, the owner of Vertolli Jewellers.
